With Aaron Rodgers deciding to stay in Green Bay for his 18th season, Jordan Love has been thrown back into the shadows once again. Love has been a stand-up guy throughout this whole process, patiently waiting for his moment. He has shown flashes of what he could be with his size, physical skills, and big arm. Love has the potential to be a dual-threat quarterback if he can improve his accuracy, decision-making, and footwork.

Here is what Packers CEO Mark Murphy said to Tom Grossi of Packast last week.

"We think he can be a good player, but we haven’t seen enough.

"I think the preseason will be good for him."

Jordan Love played for three years at the University of Utah State and has only seen the practice field since his two years with the Packers. Oddly Love's name has still been passed around the league. Honestly, no one knows his trade value. If the Packer were going to trade Love their best option would have been during the draft. Now with that ship slowly passing, All signs point to Love remaining in Green Bay for the foreseeable future.

Listen in on what NFL insider IAN Rapoport had to say about Jordan Love and the Packers on the Pat McAfee Show.

Packer Fans look at it this way, you keep Jordan Love and you secure your future for when Aaron Rodgers does walk away. Love knows the system and you can develop him with Rodgers at the Wheel of the Ship. Trade him and you could possibly walk away with a 2nd or maybe a 3rd rounder for Jordan Love.
